Tired of running out of time underwater? Your computer or divetable is telling you have to go up again, but you want to stay down some more? You can now diving with Nitrox. Your time underwater can be as much as doubled when you dive with nitrox.

Nitrox is an air mixture with more than 21% oxygen. It's a easy and safe way to extend your maximum bottom time.

There are more benefits to diving with nitrox:

• Reduces the amount of nitrogen in your body
• You feel less tired after the dives

How to dive with nitrox?
If you can dive with normal air, then you can dive with nitrox! It's that simple! You do not need any extra equipment to dive with nitrox. Check you tank to see if it's the right mixture, plan your dive according to your computer or RDP and dive! That's all there is to it.

The course
The nitrox course consist of a theory-part, a small exam and 2 dives with nitrox. After this course, you will receive a nitrox-certification with which you can get nitrox all over the world up to a gas mixture of 40%.

The theory will cover the basics of nitrox, what you can and what you cannot do, safety and will cover planning your dive using a nitrox-based RDP planner.

On the dives itself you do not need to do anything special. Just relax, look at the underwaterworld and enjoy!
